TAKE A MINUTE.
Remind yourself that it's ok to have set-backs. They do happen, and they are there to remind you of what you are doing and why you are doing it. You care about this, and it's good that you feel like you're hitting a brick wall but that's ok. It's ok because you're taking action instead of just talking about doing it. You're slightly disappointed for falling off track, but it's better than doing absolutely nothing at all.
THE BIGGER PICTURE.
You need to take a step back and remember that you're journey is going to be successful because you're consistent. Whenever you feel like you're not getting anywhere, you need to remind yourself that your attitude towards these setbacks is what is going to make or break your success. You will have to tackle them positively and promise not to give up when things get hard. Getting back on track is the main aim, do not give up.
As long as you are taking action and continue working towards your goal, then you are doing better than everyone else. Even if you fail a thousand times, the next time could be a success, and you don't have to beat yourself up about it. Congratulate yourself when you get back to working on your goal because you deserve it.
